Since 2001

Rendering House has worked with thousands of builders, developers, architects, marketing agencies and realtors. We create tens of thousands of renderings, interactive apps, and virtual tours annually. Our growing staff of 40+ graphic artists, computer modelers and software developers enable us to quickly develop and produce large volumes of cutting-edge visualization products.

Unlike most of our competitors, we do not outsource our work overseas. Everything is done in-house at our office near Raleigh, NC. This ensures the security of your designs, responsive customer service and quick project turnarounds.

We're blessed to have a talented, passionate, and creative team right here in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Unlike many other companies where most of the work is subbed out to someone else, here at Rendering House, we do everything in-house to ensure consistent quality, quick turnaround, and great customer service for you.

We've outgrown our current office. So we're building a new one across the street in Downtown Holly Springs, NC. The 53K sf building is called the "Block on Main".
